Patricia Cremeans

Patricia Joan Cremeans, lovingly known as Patty, 74, of Grove City, Ohio, passed away on November 17, 2025. Born in Marysville, Ohio on May 10, 1951, to Joan and Andrew Frey, Patricia was a woman of unwavering compassion and generosity. She was a beacon of support for all who knew her, always prioritizing the well-being of her family above all else. Patricia spent her life in dedicated service to those she loved and was known for her warm and caring nature. She was a retired professional, who devoted her golden years to her beloved children and grandchildren, who were the most important aspects of her life.

Patricia Cremeans is survived by her son, Jason Donohoe; her daughters, Pam (Leo) Vitali and Melissa (Ben) Hukle; her beloved grandchildren, Sydney, Sophia, Jacob, Payton, John, and Asher; sisters, Geneva Eing; Lynn (Mark) Tamn and Becky (Gary) May; her stepsister, Laurie (Jim) LaBranche; and her brothers, Rick (Liz) Frey and Dale (Katrina) Frey. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Cremeans; her mother, Joan (James) Leonhardt; her father, Andrew Frey; and her sister, Nancy Walker.
