Born in Tallmadge, Ohio, on January 24, 1953, to Robert and Hildegarde Morgart, Gerri was a woman of many hats - a loving wife, caring mother, doting grandmother, thoughtful sister, and a generous friend. Their life together was a beautiful testament to their unwavering love and mutual respect. Gerri leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter. She is survived by her husband Joel, daughter Lisa (Chris) Hibbitt, grandson Jasen Dean, sisters Kathy (Dale) Ankrom, Barbara (Bob) Smith, Deb (Tim) Austin, brothers Jim (Denise), Bob (Steve) , and Ron (Brenda) Morgart, and brother-in-law John (Linda) Baker, and many nieces and nephews.
